Robin C. Ginner is the Principal of R. Char Consulting, a firm dedicated to cultivating leadership and enhancing organizational effectiveness for nonprofit organizations. With a proven track record in strategic and business planning, Robin has successfully facilitated and managed initiatives for a wide range of organizations, including professional associations, environmental education centers, and community groups.
A seasoned executive, public speaker, and consultant, Robin brings over 25 years of expertise in nonprofit management. She provides consulting services focused on strategic planning, business development, and strengthening organizational effectiveness.
Before founding R. Char Consulting, Robin served as the executive director for several nonprofit organizations spanning professional, service-oriented, and educational sectors. Beyond her professional career, she remains deeply committed to her community, dedicating her time to various volunteer roles. Robin has served as president of her local Rotary Club in Eagle River, Wisconsin, and as treasurer for both the Forest Exploration Center in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, and the Warehouse Center for the Arts in Eagle River, Wisconsin.
In 2021, Robin transitioned to municipal management, taking on the role of City Administrator in her hometown of Eagle River. Through her consulting work, she continues to partner with boards of directors, staff leadership, and individuals to build capacity and drive organizational success.
Robin’s lifelong mission of service, shaped by her extensive nonprofit career and volunteer work, remains central to her professional and personal life. Residing in a small northern Wisconsin town with her two rescue dogs, she enjoys the tranquility and charm of rural living.
