We worked with Robin to develop our 3-year Strategic Plan, finalizing the process in February 2020. In October 2020, during a report out to our Board of Directors, we were not only pleased to report the progress to date, but given the tumultuous six months due to Covid-19, we were able to report that our strategic plan was still valid and actionable.
